This Shipping and Delivery Policy applies to products purchased from www. skinneeds.in. (hereinafter referred to as website).

Throughout this document, “we”, “us”, “our”, “ours” refer to skinneeds.in. Wherever we have said ‘you’ or ‘your’, this means Cutomer/You.

ORDER PROCESSING

  • All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Business days do not include weekends and Holidays
  • If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping charges shall vary depending on the geographical location and city.

TRACKING OF SHIPMENT

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with the details of the tracking number and the courier company that is processing your order.

You can track the status of your package 24 hours after your order is dispatched from our warehouse.

TIMELINE FOR DELIVERY OF ORDER

All orders are delivered to the customer within 3-7 working days from the date of shipping.

DELAY IN DELIVERY

Delivery delays can occasionally occur. In case of delay in delivery beyond 5-7 days then the estimated date of delivery, kindly contact www.skinneeds.in.. Skinneeds.in shall not be held liable for any delay occurring due to an unforeseeable event, including but not limited to acts of god, war, terrorism, explosions, floods, mechanical breakdowns, strikes, breakdown in essential utilities, pandemic, epidemics, quarantine restrictions or any health emergency and unforeseeable business interruptions.

SIGNATURE

Some orders may require a signature at time of delivery. If signature is required, Courier Company will make three delivery attempts, excluding weekends and holidays. Courier Company will not deliver unless they acquire a signature.

CUSTOMS, DUTIES AND TAXES

Skinneeds.in is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the you (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

DAMAGES

Skinneeds.in is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
