RETURN & REFUND POLICY

This Return and Refund Policy will set out the terms and conditions governing the return of an original, unaltered and unmodified products purchased from www. skinneeds.in. (hereinafter referred to as website).

Throughout this document, “we”, “us”, “our”, “ours” refer to skinneeds.in. Wherever we have said ‘you’ or ‘your’, this means Customer/You.

skinneeds.in do not have a cancellation policy. Orders once placed are binding on you.

WHEN ARE YOU ELIGIBLE FOR THE RETURN POLICY?

The following criteria shall be applicable for eligibility of return of our product(s), under this return policy:

  1. The product(s) must be purchased from skinneeds.in website.
  2. If the product delivered to you is incorrect or different from the product for which you have placed your order.
  3. The return request must be raised within 7 (seven) days from the date of delivery of the product(s).
  4. The returned product(s) must be accompanied with the original invoice. In the event we receive the returned product(s) without the original invoice, the product(s) will be re-delivered to you and the shipment charges will be recovered from you.
  5. The returned product(s) must not be tampered. All the tags and original packaging should remain intact and should be sent along with the product(s). In the event we find that the product(s) have been tampered with, your return request will be revoked and your product(s) will be rendered unserviceable and the purchase price paid by you shall stand forfeited.

WHAT IS THE PROCEDURE?

Once Quality Check team has received the returned goods, the team shall examine the products, on the basis of the customer’s compliant. Upon confirmation from our Quality Assurance Team that replacement or refund is acceptable, we shall refund the money subject to fulfilment of Return conditions. In case it is found on examination of product/invoice/order receipt that the error/defect/damage/delay has occurred due to the customer, then the customer will not be entitled to any fresh Product or Refund.

WHAT IS THE PROCEDURE FOR REFUND

Our obligations and your eligibility to avail the benefits under this refund policy if the incorrect product(s) cannot be replaced we may provide you a credit note equivalent to the amount of purchase price of product(s) paid by you in lieu of refund, which you may claim/ utilise within the time-line specified thereunder. In the alternate, at our sole option and discretion, we may provide a refund of the purchase price of the product(s) paid by you if the product(s) cannot be replaced, the refund shall be made by us in the same mode of payment done by you.

We will keep you updated about the refund status of your returned product(s) from the date of receipt of the same. We initiate the refund procedure within 7-15 business days from date of receipt of return.

GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION

This return policy shall be subject to the applicable laws in India. The courts at Bangalore shall have exclusive jurisdiction over all or any disputes arising out of this return policy.
